This California Residence Policy applies solely to residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”) and supplements the general privacy policies of Click4Call (also referred to as “ClickFourCall” or the “Company”). We collect the personal information listed above directly from you when you interact with our landing pages, submit our custom Get Quote lead forms, or speak with our agents from Insurance Solutions.
We use this information for the following business purposes:
- Lead Routing: Connecting you to partner affordable health insurance companies, their agents, and marketing partners.
- Compliance & TCPA Verification: Confirming your consent to be contacted via an autodialed system or pre-recorded messaging, and logging your lead token (e.g., LeadID details).
- Quality Control: Reviewing call recordings to ensure you were not offered unauthorized incentives or told how to answer qualification questions.
3. Disclosures and Sales of Personal Information
In the preceding 12 months, Click4Call may have disclosed or “sold” (as defined under the broad terms of the CCPA) your identifiers and commercial information to our marketing partners and health insurance providers for the purpose of matching you with active pay-per-call campaigns.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
4. Your CCPA Rights and Choices
